Ian Holmes is the Owner of Holmes Custom Renovations LLC, a family-owned and operated exterior home remodeling company. Holmes started HCR over 13 years ago, when he moved his family from Connecticut, where he got his start in the business restoring historic railroad stations and building custom homes. Under his strategic leadership and management, the company has achieved industry-wide recognition. In 2013, Certified Contractor’s Network named Holmes Custom Renovations Company of the Year, citing Holmes’ leadership as a key element of the company’s success.

HCR received the Angie’s List Super Service Award back-to back multiple years, as well as attaining the James Hardie Elite Preferred Partner Award for over 8 years running, and the Guild Quality GuildMaster Awards. Most recently, Holmes Custom Renovations was selected as the “Best of the Best Company” Exterior Home Improvement company in the greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Area. For Holmes, a personal mark of success was growing the company from a small company, where he wore several hats, to an established organization with a team of talented professionals who support all facets of interaction with customers and increased levels of partnership with suppliers. Ian currently resides in Loveland, a community outside of Cincinnati, with his wife, Lori and his daughter, Adriana.
